They are ****mers that send customers pine liquid,they keep sending stock and threaten with legal action. DO NOT PAY them,invoice them for storage on a monthly basis to be safe then they stop calling,they have already lost out once u do not pay them.DO NOT PAY Any legal action they take is also a **** and will be people from the same company calling pretending to be lawyers. DO NOT PAY

Avoid these ****mers
My experience with Fern Chem/ Tra-Lua Solutions was nothing short of appalling. They delivered cleaning supplies to our business without any prior order or authorization and pressured one of our junior employees into signing for the delivery under “duress”. When I discovered this, I immediately advised them to come and collect their products, as we never requested or agreed to the delivery. Despite this, they still demand payment, insisting on unenforceable terms and conditions based solely on a delivery note signed by a junior employee. Their staff is rude and unprofessional. This company operates *********ly, and I would strongly urge others to avoid doing business with them. They use deceptive practices and show no regard for proper business conduct. Stay away and do not engage with Fern Chem/ Tra-Lua Solutions

If I could give them a minus 10 review I would! Swindles us. Asked if they could send us samples, sent us 2 x 25 liter containers instead. Claiming that we ordered the stock, which we did not. Refuses to let us return the stock without paying an exorbitant administration fee. Has been harassing us for over a year, refuses to contact us via email as to not leave a paper trail. Claims to have taken matters further with regards to legal action.

If somebody from this company ever calls you, please end the call immediately. They **** people. They want to send something as an introduction order and then send you more than R300 000 worth of cleaning products, which do not word at all.

A lady from fern chem contacted my manager at Madeira Old Age Home to say that they have dispatched the balance of our order
A lady from fern chem contacted my manager at Madeira Old Age Home to say that they have dispatched the balance of our order. We do not deal with these people and don't want to deal with them. The lady indicated they took over a company called Tra-Lua who are the biggest ****** and ****mers. We were forced to pay for goods we never ordered and were threatened with legal action by their department. I am disgusted that both these companies have ****med old age homes and other people, as looking at other reviews on Facebook, we have not been the only ones. How are these companies allowed to operate like this? They have sent us goods, which I have told my manager to leave on the pavement as we did not order it and we will not take it onto our premises. They have been asked to come fetch the box of chemicals. Who can assist us with this? Thank you.
