A lady from fern chem contacted my manager at Madeira Old Age Home to say that they have dispatched the balance of our order
A lady from fern chem contacted my manager at Madeira Old Age Home to say that they have dispatched the balance of our order. We do not deal with these people and don't want to deal with them. The lady indicated they took over a company called Tra-Lua who are the biggest ****** and ****mers. We were forced to pay for goods we never ordered and were threatened with legal action by their department. I am disgusted that both these companies have ****med old age homes and other people, as looking at other reviews on Facebook, we have not been the only ones. How are these companies allowed to operate like this? They have sent us goods, which I have told my manager to leave on the pavement as we did not order it and we will not take it onto our premises. They have been asked to come fetch the box of chemicals. Who can assist us with this? Thank you.
