The few good reviews of people who say that this company has located their car simply cannot compensate. (Clearly, they should be able to find a car - that is what they hold themselves out to be able to do).
This company was happy to continue deducting monthly subscriptions from my bank for years on end without actually offering any service at all.
When I eventually called them to track my car I was told that they could not do so and had not been able to do so for years. When I raised this with them they shifted responsibility and told me it was the client's responsibility to "maintain" the unit and make sure the battery is changed. (According to them this is their company "policy").
If this really is their "policy", how are they able to justify this? How on earth is a client supposed to maintain a unit they know nothing about? They have (or should have) a manned control centre that detects low batteries or faulty units. How can this ever be the client's responsibility? Is the client supposed to phone up weekly or monthly and ask if the unit is working?
(And in the first few years I had the device, they did call me and maintain the unit, but then neglected to do so and then self-servingly blame their clients.)
