I cancelled tracker January, because I sold my car and left the country. I only used tracker for my car insurance to track my KM, I didnt signup for any contract. I have been charged every month since January. I have tried to call them, waited 45mins and still wasnt connected to an agent. I am now on customer support to chat to an agent, but I am waiting 4 hours already, It just keeps on saying please be patient whilist we connect you.
