You guys are very unprofessional, Cancel your contracts with them and try their Competitors
No you are lying. The problem is not resolved; they called to tell me that the person handling the query is on sick leave, therefore she will call me on Monday... if this is how you treat all your customers, then i really feel for them... you guys are very unprofessional,
