Very disappointing experience with Tracknetics.

Very disappointing experience with Tracknetics. The tracking accuracy has been extremely unreliable, with bikes showing incorrect live locations, units going offline while operational and real-time positioning being materially inaccurate.

To make matters worse, after the installation of tracking devices one bike had a non-working fuel gauge and a promised panic button were never delivered. Technical visits were also repeatedly delayed despite prior arrangements being made.

For a fleet business relying on accurate tracking and operational visibility, this level of service is simply unacceptable.
