Trade routes disgusting

Shame on you guys... Your parking meters Never work,just today my husband tried paying by card and the machine wasn't working,he then gave up in frustration so decided to tailgate like others do...quick the security force had him blocked off like a ******** and escorted us to security HEAD QUARTERS..here the guy asked for 100rand ...when my husband refused he then called a "zaynood".which did not want to talk over a call..the guy at the office said and I quote the normal rate is R1500 but pay R500 otherwise I will clamp your wheels...which they did,the security was called to even take my husband to the ATM to withdraw the cash We paid the 500 due to my 1 year old having a doctors appointment and we were running late...and mind you they clamped the wheel while my 9 year old sat in the car

So who's right here?
