Poor customer service
Customer service is absolutely horrible, there are never enough staff to assist customers. There cannot be a total of 3 cashiers to assist a queue that almost fills the whole store. The same happens at other branches like The Glen and Southgate. It's absolutely putrid service.

Poor customer service

Upgrade device return policy not fair
The return device policy not fair I returned a device I was not happy with within 7days they couldn’t take it I was willing to take another device and I was going to pay more but they refused…I did not even use the device

NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER
Unfair treatment by Trade route mall security. The security at Trade route mall told me that I was not allowed to enter with my gown, I then removed my gown and entered and the security was harassing us as I had my pajama on. Please note my pajama was a long trouser and a skipper, nothing inappropriate. There is no sign or any information anywhere on the walls to inform us of such. The security even took a picture of our vehicle. Trade route security is ******. What is wrong if I had my pajama on??? Trade route security is not there to protect and help people, they only there to harras people and drive customers away from the mall. TRADE ROUTE SECURITY PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY CAN I NOT ENTER WITH PAJAMAS???? If I could give 0 stars I would have. Securities are not at all helpful PATHETIC SERVICE

WORST SERVICE
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the "NO SERVICE" I'm received from the branch in Trade Route Mall regarding an electric blanket I purchased late June. Only less than 3 weeks of using it then it was faulty, They are refusing to refund as they do not have any stock available, WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I just needed it to be replaced, even if I were to pay a difference if it's a different brand, they're still refusing. The only option I'm given is to take anything of the same value, WHY when there's absolutely NOTHING I need from the store??????? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Negligence
The parking security guard called Sibusiso just left a trolley out of control to open for a management’s car to park and as a result scratched my car. Upon confrontation he just told me that the trolley moved by its self

Need for Christian bookshops in Lenasia
I hope that CUM Books is going to open a new store in Trade Route mall. As a Christian I feel like there is a need for more Christian bookshops in the area of Lenasia. Hope CUM books is going to open a new store in Trade Route Mall if it is God's will for CUM to open new stores in the area of Lenasia.

Trade routes disgusting
Shame on you guys... Your parking meters Never work,just today my husband tried paying by card and the machine wasn't working,he then gave up in frustration so decided to tailgate like others do...quick the security force had him blocked off like a ******** and escorted us to security HEAD QUARTERS..here the guy asked for 100rand ...when my husband refused he then called a "zaynood".which did not want to talk over a call..the guy at the office said and I quote the normal rate is R1500 but pay R500 otherwise I will clamp your wheels...which they did,the security was called to even take my husband to the ATM to withdraw the cash We paid the 500 due to my 1 year old having a doctors appointment and we were running late...and mind you they clamped the wheel while my 9 year old sat in the car So who's right here?
