I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an incident with a male security officer on duty at Trade Route Mall on the 25 April 2026 While I was waiting in line, the security officer made a personal and inappropriate remark to me, stating that "I love men, that’s why I waited upon him to finish with the person in front.”_ I found this comment rude, unprofessional, and insulting. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected in your shop. Security staff are expected to maintain professionalism and treat all patrons with dignity, regardless of the situation. I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure staff are trained on respectful conduct. I would also appreciate feedback on what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. 25 April 2026, Trade Route Mall -Male security officer on duty - Inappropriate personal remark directed at me while waiting in line Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps. I sent money to a incorrect reference. Fellowed the instructions and called but still my funds haven't been allocated the system instead has a option of password recovery not the allocation option.i received a email saying my ticket has been solved yet my money hasn't been allocated rather it says my password request has been solved...when I try to login it says my details r unknown
Time nd again DStv is suspending services for no valid reason..today is the 2nd I made payment yesterday but I'm DStv isn't playing.. wow it's really starting to annoy me cos they did this even in Aug..I cnt be calling dstv fix this every month..that time the show's r just repeated nonsense we've been watching since 2008

Dstv continues to be the worst service provider no one it's losing customers by day... It's really annoying to pay for a service you hardly utilities.. nothing ever works with it's nonsense signal...I feel that you don't even deserve this one star
It's so disgusting that clientele has Stoped so low to actually ****ming old people. Clientele and Capitec are running a Freud campaign of trapping clients. I'd never even in the worst days associate with a company called clientele it's a disgrace to our dying society that you debit 1500 from a pensioner.i wish south Africa was a disciplined country that cancels such unprofessional businesses that **** people to survive.clientele has no Shem what's so how how can a I'd number of 56 be given two policies at once why isn't the relevant departments checking and following up on signed policies these kids placed on the corners are ****ming old people.. what's a disappointment
This company is a big **** ... The so called non binding free trial is just a lie ... Just be aware and engaging with them at all costs
It gives me great pleasure to rate this Store because of its professionalism...the service was so excellent ..from the day i made purchase till my product was delivered... I'm definitely a permanent customer because of the service I received. I wish so many other businesses were as professional as them.
