Bad service at mall of africa MTN
Dear MTN, when was it communicated thst we need an affidavit for an esimswap. I went to mall of africa with my gica documents and was told i cant get my esim without an affidavit. I gave away my old phone and deleted my number now i am losing important calls due to this and had to port most contacts to vodacom.. mxm

Unfair treatment and violation of human rights
How is a case closed without the applicant being informed of the progress. I openned a case at the rabie ridge police station. The person was arrested and later got bail. My brother and i tried to follow up on case but was sent from pillar to post by the investigating officer till we gave up. Today i received a text advising me that the case is closed and withdrawn from court and the reason is alternative dispute resplution. I give up on getting justice, what about me??

Angry unfairly treated customer
Ubereats charges us for delayed orders we cancel, i ordered food at 13:00 to be delivered at 14:00. At 15:00 i had still not received my order and the order was still at the store. This was suppose to be lunch to be divered at 15:26 This is not fair on customers, service providers must be held accountable for meeting their specified times

A very furious client
Poor service i am receiving from this panel beat is unimaginable. They dont care how they exposed me to a risk of being ****** by uber because they just dont care. They have had my car for 3 weeks, all they do is shift the blame however no one is willing to take accountability for anything. They make promises and when time comes to deliver no one answers the phones. I wish i choose a different panel beat when given a chsnce

Customer complain- ripped off and cant give me evidence
I called vodacom today to find out when is my contracts due for expiry, i only know of 2 however they tell i have i upgraded last year on the 3rd contract however they cant send me a voice recording of me accepting the contract. In a nutshell i havw been ripped off for a contract that i dont even have a sim card nogal
