Completely disgusting service!
If I could give them a minus I would! Really frustrated by the service we got from them. AK was very fast to do the sale, once they received our payment, their service was completely gone! Very ********* and unprofessional! They don't even take or respond to our calls!

Proper Sales service received
Received the most exceptional service from Prince Rathebe and Ak. After vw fourways declined to trade in my car i drove to Lenasia VW and met with the most patient team ever. They listened and delivered beyond expectations. If you are service oriented and need a car of your dreams, call Lenasia VW you wont regret it

Pre-owned vehicle issues
I purchased a vehicle from Lenasia VW, a pre-owned vehicle, after a month of having the car it started having issues to which I took it to Toyota to be fixed multiple times with no resolution, car was still under Toyota warranty but still couldn't get fixed. I did let the dealership of which I purchased about the issue but all they could say is that it's not their problem anymore and can't find a common resolution about it. The warranty company says they can't pay to fix the issue as it happened before I even took the extended warranty with them.

Poorly Managed VW Lenasia Branch.
One of the most unreliable and inefficient VW branches. Stay away. Extremely not recommended. Poorly managed. Purchased a vehicle from them about 4 weeks ago, paid for the vehicle in full. Vehicle arrived with a dent, refused to go ahead with the purchase. Received a refund but was short paid by R40k. Still waiting for them to refund me after chasing everyday(3 weeks). Poor management. Lazy staff!! Highly not recommended. Ended up going to VW Braamfontein. Better service, better deals. Stay away from this branch. They do not care about customer service. You will be left disappointed!

LENASIA VW - UNPROFEESIONAL, IMCOMPETENT & DISRESPECTFUL
I have had endless problems with VW LENASIA, my car had gone in for service in February where an incident in their workshop had happened and my car was damaged, it was gone back to them for repairs twice where it is still not fixed as it should when my car was taken to them the first time. The car was sent to the panel beaters ****r Panel & Paint shop and still not repaired, whenever this is brought to their attention, they shifting to blame to me as if I painted and is not willing to take responsibility for the damage, besides the damaged caused I have received nothing other than disrespect from the service manager Aadil Mangera as well as the dealer principal Martin Hoekstra. I would advise not to purchase vehicles from them or take your vehicle to them for service as the after service is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. We are now in April they have completely ignored my requests for reports etc. cherry on top no apology has been received from them from the date of the incident.
