I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the "NO SERVICE" I've received from this branch in Trade Route Mall regarding an electric blanket I purchased late June. Only less than 3 weeks of using it then it was faulty, They are refusing to refund as they do not have any stock available, WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I just needed it to be replaced, even if I were to pay a difference if it's a different brand, they're still refusing. The only option I'm given is to take anything of the same value, WHY when there's absolutely NOTHING I need from the store??????? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

My child died on the 14th of March, is refusing to pay. I can't bury my child now, it been almost 3 weeks my child is in the mortuary, My policy started in 2018 now I'm asking for all my money back they are telling me I joined in 2020. I guess my child will be in that cold for longer!!!!!!!!
My worst nightmare...Signed up at Bara, Firstly getting a tag was impossible as they kept tell me they don't have them, that was ok. Secondly they're staff is RUDE. Now, tried cancelling or freezing my account after being hospitalized, THEY REFUZED. Fair enough, debit orders ran successfully for 3 years without me going to the gym. called in after last debit order and was told the next debit will still be deducted as I have 30 days to cancel as if that was even explained to me. Called in to find out if my request for cancellation as there was no acknowledgement of receipt from the lady I was speaking to...only then she confirmed it was received and that I MUST REMEMBER MY DEBIT WILL STILL GO OFF, IMAGINE. I will strongly discourage anyone from signing anything with this pathetic so called gym.
Worst experience received ever. After having paid off my contract in April Debit Order was automatically stopped, but all of a sudden my account is being debited, forth month now. I called in to find out about this spoke to very arrogant and rude consultant by the name Ravleen who told me I'm paying for the data I'm receiving, FOR A SIM CARD THAT I LOST MORE THAN 2 YEARS AGO. Pathetic treatment... I want my money paid back to my account
