Unprofessionalism and laziness at its best. The nurse who usually works at the clinic is usually always delayed whenever I book to do my Vitality Health Check. Today there was a locum nurse there. He was late for my 9am appointment. He was disorganised and seemed half asleep. He did all the tests required for the VHC and only thereafter asked me to sign the "Consent form". He measured my waist circumference and then incorrectly recorded it as much higher. I only saw the incorrect recording hours later, I had to call him to correct it on his system. The clinic room is filthy, the floor is disgusting, with stains of blood around. The store has a poster outside regarding the trading hours during the Christmas period, 24 December 2025 says the store will be open at 8am, the store only opened at 8:55am. I called Discovery Vitality to lodge a formal complaint, the call eventually cut and i'm not sure if my complaint will see the light of day. Standards of service have dropped everywhere, it's so sad to see and experience.

Horrible and rude experience from a lady at the pharmacy, she didn't have a name badge. From being rudely shouted at for taking the correct ticket number, to shouting my meds for everyone to hear, I was rudley told "you took a wrong ticket you will wait!!" Wait where, for who and wait for how long, I was not told, I just had to wait there in limbo embarrassed after being shouted at like a small child in front of everyone, funny and frustrating enough an indian lady was then called after me but she received a lovely approach, even a smile and was assisted while I stupitedly waited. Unapologetic and continuously being rude and assisted another customer before me while I "wait" she finally helps me, I collect my meds while she entertains other pharmacist while assisting me, also telling them that they will work and have no lunch for the day because it was too busy and that one staff member decided to not show up at work. Mind I have always taken a "collect" ticket as I had received a notification to collect my meds and non of the pharmacist had told me that the ticket I pressed was a "wrong" ticket and that I will "WAIT!" prior this experience. I left disrespected, embarrassed, shouted at, discriminated and disappointed and the service from that lady at Clicks trade route, my experience and day was ruined by this lady whom I believe is senior staff and shiuld have treated me with respect, dignity and politeness.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the "NO SERVICE" I've received from this branch in Trade Route Mall regarding an electric blanket I purchased late June. Only less than 3 weeks of using it then it was faulty, They are refusing to refund as they do not have any stock available, WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I just needed it to be replaced, even if I were to pay a difference if it's a different brand, they're still refusing. The only option I'm given is to take anything of the same value, WHY when there's absolutely NOTHING I need from the store??????? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

the staff of clicks Trade Route Mall Refilwe and female security guard called me a ***** and management was okay with this as NO one responded to me as yet, i want to know why i was ill treated as a customer when entering their store.

I am highly disappointed regular customer at the security at Clicks Trade Route Mall and the Nightguard that Clicks staff called in for me. That not only accused me of *****ing but intimidated me on the 23/05/24 into admitting that I stole vitamin tablets, knowing that they beep machine malfunctions. The staff of Clicks insisted that Clicks will always have a sticker on they're pills, victimizing me why there's no sticker on my medication box but it's over the counter medication, I explained to the staff 1 my medical aid paid and that I paid cash for the other. 2 Clicks staff and 5 Nightguards with guns demanded that I admit to guilty and that I must apologize and pay R300 for the tablets I already purchased and used for a week, they further refused to count the tables to verify my statement as there's 60 tablets in a pack, I was told I could have thrown it out in their store, I calmly asked them to view the footage and to my surprise there's No camera footage Clicks staff Refilwe said I know there's no cameras there. I was harassed till about 6 from 4:30 They took my tablets that I paid for and told me to go find my slip and return back to the store the following day. On my way out Thank God the beeper went off again I immediately returned back to Refilwe saying how possible is this, you took my tablets from my but the beeper is still going off? instead of apologies the 2 Clicks staff members Refilwe and the security lady at the door shouted at me I'm deliberately doing this, how do I set off Clicks beeper for item I already purchased! Further more Clicks staff had no proof of me *****ing, they didn't find not 1 fact of proof that 1) anyone in the store saw me *****ing 2) no footage 3) they refused to count my tablets 4) they didn't go check they stock to verify on their system 5) they didn't check properly on my rewards club card to track my purchase 6) the security lady at Clicks door didn't double check if the tablets they accused me of was what triggered the beeper 7) they retained me in their office for 1 and a half hours integrating me the two Clicks Staff and 5 Nightguard staff armed 8) the next day the 2 Staff members of Clicks and about 3 of Nightguard staff returned to my place of work, to continue intermediating and publicly embarrass me and humiliate me in front of my colleagues and manager calling me a ***** and a lair and in the presence of our clients 9) the lady at Nightguard came back to my place of work on the 24/05/24 time around 12:40 to say I should return to Clicks the police is there and looking for me. Safe to say that they just lost a valuable customer and I will take matters further. They seemed very confident in accusing me of something I DID NOT DO.
