I have a problem one of the brokers came to where I work 2yrs ago . and took Assupol but to my suprise , I saw STANGEN deducting from my payslip . and I didnt even know the company .I have been calling them and a lady by the name of Siphokazi she said King Price cant cancel nor refund me my money NB I want my money back I dont know the company I have never joined them they keep giving me a number that no one is attending to MPower FIN but STANGEN IS SHOWING ON MY PAYSLIP I WANT THEM TO TAKE RESPONSEBILITY

my slegte probleem met stagen begrafnis dekking.my probleem het begin toe ek my debiet datum geskyf het .na die 7 de van die maand .omdat ek nou met pensioen is .nou moet ek twee premies vooruit betaal en niemand kan se hoekom nie hulle verduidelikings verstaan ek nie ek is nie agter nie maar nou is ek .wat doen jy in so geval .die polis word onderskryf deer king price .dit gaan nou vir drie weke aan wat moet ek doen is daar iemand wat kan help of moet ek dit los wat ek nie wil nie ek dink dit is n skande dat hulle oumense so uitbyt ons pensioen is nie groot nie .

For over a year, I have been attempting to reach your call center without success. Each time I call, I am left waiting endlessly for someone to answer. On multiple occasions, I have used the option to request a call back, yet I have never received one. My initial intention was simply to add my daughter to my policy, but the lack of responsiveness has made this impossible. This experience has left me questioning how reliable your service would be if I ever needed to submit a claim. If I cannot get assistance for a basic update, how could I trust that my claim would be handled promptly and fairly? After seven years of paying my policy faithfully without missing a single payment, I am now shopping for a new insurer. Unless there is an immediate and meaningful improvement in your service, I will be cancelling my policy. I am sick and tired of the lack of support, and I am officially over this.

If you ever need to update yours or your spouses's policy and come across a soul called Rethabile ****erally means we are happy) drop that call or request to speak to someone else. She is very professional in an Arctic sort of way. Dictionaries should use her photo to explain" Passive Aggressive!" I know there's a lot of Nomiya Ndlovu's out there, but I offered to conference my husband as he;s a truck driver and can't always answer calls. I then conferenced my husband and she spoke to him. Even then she was so condescending towards my questions. She later told my husband that they are not allowed to speak with the other spouse on the line. if that was the case she should have told me that I must drop the call and she will call my husband as I'd already introduced them. To think I suggested their company to my husband when he wanted to go with Desmond Dube. This reminds me that I need to start shopping for new cover as there's no value in staying with same life cover unless they offer "cashbacks" after some years. I will be getting quotes from Sanlam, Discovery and Momentum. Thank you Rethabile for the reminder. As professional as you are, try smiling when you talk to clients...it shaves off your Inuit nature.

Good day am John Abrahams, ID 7707145197086 I lost my mother last year its was not an easy one base and family matters as the only son with 5 sister its hard. I managed to sort out my things ja ne but any how I claim from my other insurance policies but couldn't claim at Stanger base on i last all my contacts I never got hold off them because I lost all my information. 2 months back I saw one debit order going down calles KINGPRICE AND NOT AWARE OFF SUCH DEBIT ,THEN I CALLED THEM BUY RECEIVED SMS THAT I DID NOT GET MY PAYMENTS, THEN SPOKE TO ONE OFF THE CONSULTANT S EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT MY POLICY, BUT I EVEN WAS SUPPRICES THAT MY MOOTHER IS ONTHE POLICY BASE ON THE SECURITY QUOTATION. THEY THAT SAID CAN THEY DEDUCT MONDAY ONCE I SAID NO TWICE BECAUSE I NEVER SKIPPED OME IINSTALMENT SINCE 2017 WHEN DONE THE LADY DOME THE ARRANGE TO DEDUCT TWICE FOR THE 9TH June 2025 ,while she will send me trough the. Call Centre were by I never got assistance send and email to them requesting and claim form that I received and said the have my claim,but if I never claim with in 12months it while be decline ,I never received any feedback from none off the consultants till todate. I just received email saying Decline no communication since ,I never even received an update policies to see what is my information or update regarding my policies but they keep deducted until today still ne response I need on record they must play me voice not or recording about the claim that I can't claim after 12 months and show me any feedback ot what so ever the send me any feedback or updates regarding my policy I would have claim if could've got hold off them i need to be have the information when they send the me the its been change to King Price from ,Stanger still not received I'll fight until it get my money been loyal customer since 2017 till date by getting this poor service I'll not leave this matter I'll information the Ambushed man on my life

My mom has passed away and we need to claim her funeral benefit and life cover. I called in 4 days ago and requested the documents to be sent to me ( the policy holder's daughter and beneficiary) The consultant advised she will send through the documents and I have not received requirements yet. I've called back again and have been waiting to speak to someone for over an hour and the same for today. It is so sad that we have to be at the administrators mercy when our loved ones have been paying the company for years. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Every few months Stangen debits on the wrong date and the debit order bounces yet they dont reply to emails or calls and dont even compensate for the bounced debit order or the inconvenience caused. I think management needs to he aware of this and i would like a manager to call me
