Fair trade
Hello, I have had deposit transactions take place from my bank account to the broker erroneously, I have numerous deposits from on the 20th of July on my bank statement but none of these were performed by me. I believe these transactions were duplicate transactions from the 18th of July that I was already charged for, The funds from these erroneous deposits have not even shown up on my trading account and that can be verified by checking my transaction history on my personal area. There is absolutely nothing showing the transactions even took place on the side, only on my bank statement. I emailed support fix tech with the issue on https://hey.link/wDH4m and everything was clearly fix i did receive a reply and for the funds reflect on my trading account and was refunded to my bank account as i am a university student and this is heavily impacting my finances and with a positive remark, which comes with a high interest rate

Trade Nation - Stay away
I found their variable spreads on MT4 to be extremely wide , especially during volatile periods. I had i bad experience when a stocks spread went super wide and wiped out my margin, the system automatically closed my positions in a major loss. The stock settled and even went up . They did not want to reverse the trade that caused the issue, felt robbed

Stay AWAY from TRADE NATION ! Blackstone recently transferred to Trade Nation with big and bright promises. Blackstone provided traders a short notice period regarding the pending account transfers, leaving long term trades exposed. The transfer process itself was fine, but you are now dealing with an offs**** broker, which there are a million to choose from. All the advantages of dealing with a local broker has been removed, especially the process of moving funds to and from. Account security has also been compromised as it is way more difficult to keep your finger on the pulse of an offs**** company. Trading queries and TN platform difficulties are not dealt with. NO feedback are provided, besides " we don't have access to the system". We as traders are left exposed, with management reluctant to resolve trading issues timeously. Avoid the stress, stay away !
