Terrible Service
Terrible after sales service.. Business Whatsapp never gets answered, you cant call the the center and the phone just rings. You can cancel the service on their account portal.

Poor service
Commitment to service is very low. Been without fibre since yesterday morning and the technicians haven't even bothered to come early today to sort out the issue which is effecting our whole street. One would think it would be a priority to have the fibre service running.

Trade Nation - Stay away
I found their variable spreads on MT4 to be extremely wide , especially during volatile periods. I had i bad experience when a stocks spread went super wide and wiped out my margin, the system automatically closed my positions in a major loss. The stock settled and even went up . They did not want to reverse the trade that caused the issue, felt robbed
