Trafalgar Property Management is a masterclass in how not to run a property management business. Their entire operation seems to revolve around collecting money — and that’s it. The moment you actually need assistance, communication, accountability, or basic professionalism, they completely disappear. Emails? Ignored. Follow-ups? Ignored. Escalations? Ignored. You are left shouting into the void. But miss one single payment and suddenly they find their voice. Then they’re efficient. Then they’re responsive. Then the lawyers come out. It’s genuinely disgusting how quickly they weaponise legal threats while refusing to do the bare minimum they’re paid for. This company does not care about tenants or owners. They do not value relationships. They do not act in good faith. They hide behind process, silence, and ************ instead of actually managing properties. I even contacted the Managing Director himself, Andrew Schaefer , and not even the courtesy of a reply. That tells you everything you need to know about the leadership, the culture, and the rot at the top. Absolute arrogance. Absolute disregard. If you are thinking of buying or renting a property managed by Trafalgar: DON’T. You are signing up for stress, frustration, and endless battles just to be treated with basic human decency. There are far better property managers out there — Trafalgar is what you choose when you enjoy being ignored and threatened at the same time. I cannot wait to move out. I will never, under any circumstances, buy or rent a property managed by Trafalgar Property Management again. I will actively warn everyone I know to stay far away, and I will continue sharing my experience publicly. This company is not just bad — it is toxic. Avoid at all costs.
