Bad service

The service is horrible, they changed the system to a ticket queue system and if you are renewing your car license you need to wait very long in the ticket queue system. Before they had one or two tellers only servicing Car License Renewal, but not anymore. Now you wait for the long car registration ect. before being assisted. The service has changed for the worst. Be prepared to wait an hour or more although the queue is not that long.

They need to make a dedicated queue for car renewal license as it was before.

Pathetic service.
