Dept of roads and transport

My CAR LICENSE is in arrears by 2.5 years due to huge financial constraints since the lock down - - I am a pensioner of 73 & cannot drive further than 10kms in my car as it also has a mechanical problem which needs attention. I have been trying for 2 weeks to speak to a consultant with regards to DEBT MANAGEMENT I PAYING MY ARREARS on my car license but with no luck whatsoever - -, I have managed to leave messages to return my calls. I am desperate to sort out my arrears as it is making me anxious every time I drive. PLEASE COULD someone contact me - - - I would like to make arrangements telephonically or by email PLEASE to pay off the arrears. I cannot get into MARSHALLTOWN to do it personally especially at my age.
