Trailer hire for an Avanza

Worst service ever I received from this company, my understanding of them is that if you driving a Toyota Avanza they will not assist you. I'm not sure whether they assume that if you driving an Avanza and you dark skinned that you are to steal their trailers. Anyways I will never do business with them again.
