They will give you the runaround once they have your money. No more calls or emails. You will be chasing them.

Is this even a legitimate company? I think not. ****mers and I fell for it but I am here to tell you don't do the same mistake.

I requested a quotation from them last year and I got multiple until we landed on a cheaper one, I managed to get the funds required to pay for that quote and they told me that prices have inflated but the lady in reception will speak to management and see if they will still sell to me for that price. She came back to me with the same quote and told me they had agreed. My mistake was not asking her to change the date on the quote to reflect this year. That was on 7 march 2024

Few weeks later (28 march 2024) I paid the quote in full with excess because I accidentally paid for a previous quote that costed a little more. On 2 April after the easter holiday when I realized my error I asked that they refund me the excess and the ladies in reception and sales told me that they would have to speak to management. I waited the entire week for management's response who was conviniently not in the whole week. They said they had to confirm my payment first before anything could move on, my refund would be processed and my order would be sent to production.

Tell me why on 10 April when i got tired of waiting and asked they refund me insteaf they immediately tell me my payment has been confirmed and they send me a new quote, adjusted for inflation that now costs more than what I paid? They told me I had to pay an extra 2k. I told them to cancel the order as a whole and just give me my money back but now they refuse.

They refuse to give me a refund stating that my order is now in production, production that started when? Because I told them within minutes that I was no longer interested with the sale.

They now tell me that their elusive management is in new Zealand and they can't process my refund because the New Zealand people are the only ones with access to their accounts. I mean who runs a business in another country and and don't respond to emails or customer querries?

Linda the sales lady who is in contact with them is always not in the office, its just Sue the reception and "she doesn't know anything" because she is just a receptionist 🥺

While I chase them trying to get my money back, my business suffers because I am not making any orogress or sales. This was supposed to be a new investment after working so hard for 2 years and to kust have it all taken away in mere minutes is heart breaking to say the least.

Mize at all cost, avoid this company if its a real company. I am taking legal action to get my money back
