I am reporting a cancelled City to City bus booked via Computicket.

Booking Ref: B079958G Route: Queenstown to Uitenhage Departure: 31 Dec 2025 at 04:00

The bus did not arrive. We were informed by a Translux driver that it was cancelled. No notification was received.

The passenger travelled from Lady Frere to catch this bus for a 10:00 job interview in Uitenhage.

A formal email has been sent. Please advise urgently on the refund and resolution.
