Stranded From 3AM — Unacceptable City to City / Translux
Good morning.
I am extremely disappointed by the service from City to City / Translux. The bus broke down around 03:00 AM and passengers have been stranded for hours with no proper assistance or alternative transport. We have now been informed that the mechanic will only arrive around 07:30 AM.
Keeping passengers stranded for more than 4 hours during the early morning is unacceptable and unsafe. What makes it worse is that passengers say these breakdowns happen regularly with your buses.
We paid for transport expecting safety, reliability, and professionalism, but this experience has been stressful and unfair. I request urgent intervention, proper communication, and compensation consideration for passengers affected.
Please treat this matter seriously.

10 May 2026, 07:59It is now 08:00 AM. Passengers have been stranded since 03:00 AM due to a City to City / Translux bus breakdown. No replacement bus has arrived, and all attempts to contact customer care are not going through.
We are still stuck at the breakdown location in cold and unsafe conditions. A mechanic is not a solution for passenger transport—what is required is immediate evacuation via a replacement bus.
This situation is unacceptable, unsafe, and a serious service failure.
We demand:
Immediate dispatch of a replacement bus to collect all passengers and that was supposedly to happen the moment we stuck
Urgent escalation to operations management
Clear communication with passengers within the next 10-20
If no action is taken immediately, this matter will be escalated further through formal complaints and consumer protection channels.
This is urgent. Passengers cannot wait any longer.
