I have had only terrible experiences with Transpharm!!!! I have spend hours on the phone trying to get someone to assist me with queries or mistakes that have been made. Always, just to hear that they are sorry, without solving the issue. The one employee giving a different excuse to the other. I would order an pay for items, and just never receive them. After spending at least an hour on the phone, I am informed that they have cancelled my order, without calling me to let me know. Or the one day I would receive items within 1 working day and with my next order, they would come with an excuse that they only deliver on one day a week. Then when I receive my invoice at the end of the month, the payment I made for the items I never received is reflected on my bank account but deleted from their invoice. If I query this, the employee would miraculous find more made up items and add them to my invoice, adding R3000 more to an invoice which was already incorrect.
I can go on and on and on. This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with... they need competition to start performing.
I would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!!
