I phoned to make an enquery about price of an item they sell. I was told I dont have an account so they cant assist me with my query. Need to work on your customer relations becuause they suck

I have had only terrible experiences with Transpharm!!!! I have spend hours on the phone trying to get someone to assist me with queries or mistakes that have been made. Always, just to hear that they are sorry, without solving the issue. The one employee giving a different excuse to the other. I would order an pay for items, and just never receive them. After spending at least an hour on the phone, I am informed that they have cancelled my order, without calling me to let me know. Or the one day I would receive items within 1 working day and with my next order, they would come with an excuse that they only deliver on one day a week. Then when I receive my invoice at the end of the month, the payment I made for the items I never received is reflected on my bank account but deleted from their invoice. If I query this, the employee would miraculous find more made up items and add them to my invoice, adding R3000 more to an invoice which was already incorrect. I can go on and on and on. This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with... they need competition to start performing. I would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!!

Made an order with Thabo Ngobeni at Transpharm Pretoria on 13/06/2025, he promised that he would make sure that our order will be delivered on Friday 13/06/2025 after we had made an immediate payment. We did as he had said, but our order is not yet with us, and every time we call to speak with him, he avoids our calls and says he's busy. Also heard from colleagues that Transpaharm Pretoria is a big problem when it comes to service delivery, they do not take us serious, mind due we are dealing with patients.

When you have clients working on a deposit it means the money is already in your bank and the client still have to select the service required. You are not chasing accounts to be paid . When I deposit money at Transpharm / Shoprite you expect the money to be available in 48 hours to place orders. On the 29 th of May Money was deposited - I followed up on Wednesday and sent a reminder - On Thursday It was a bit stronger. Friday morning I phoned more than once - Anza's response was it is not my job to update the Internet baskets only my supervisor can do that . So yet Friday afternoon and the work still has not been done .....CAN WE NOW HAVE SERVICE .

When you have clients working on a deposit it means the money is already in your bank and the client still have to select the service required. You are not chasing accounts to be paid . Excellent service received by Mr Tlhologelo Mosenaye. He helped me with opening an account and goes always the extra mile. He has helped me receive my stock on time and always making sure that I received the correct stock.. Also actively seeking to help me further my relationship with Transpharm. An excellent employee of Transpharm!!

Doctor S and I have walked a long road with Transpharm - close to 30 years. I have never had any problems with the deliveries, the invoices or the statements. They are always on time, and the drivers are very friendly. If Transpharm is out of stock with items, it's not their fault, but that of the supplier(s). Other pharmaceutical companies charge a delivery fee, Transpharm delivers for free, even if you order twice a day.

I have never heard of a big service provider like Transpharm, not having a ***** department nor complaints. This proves that fellow medical practitioners where right that they **** our accounts intentionally. Please bewarr, they will create ghost orders and when you complain, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do. I am even liasing with Private investigators to find out what is really happening
