Abuse of Power
I was manhandled by one of the Bidvest security manager by the name of 'SIGEBE' on Saturday 14/06/2025 between the times of 12:00-13:00 at Melrose Arch. He told us, as i was with my colleagues, to get out of the complex (using foul language), and that we should not shop there. I am now asking myself if this happens to every black women that goes to Melrose Arch or was it just us... My colleagues and I are even considering to open a police case of assault and GBV against this Sigebe, but thought to reach out to management first.

Poor service delivery.
Made an order with Thabo Ngobeni at Transpharm Pretoria on 13/06/2025, he promised that he would make sure that our order will be delivered on Friday 13/06/2025 after we had made an immediate payment. We did as he had said, but our order is not yet with us, and every time we call to speak with him, he avoids our calls and says he's busy. Also heard from colleagues that Transpaharm Pretoria is a big problem when it comes to service delivery, they do not take us serious, mind due we are dealing with patients.
