Faulty mattress
End od Dec 2022 we bought a Sealy mattress from sleep master. It was delivered on the 25 of Jan. On the 28th of Feb we logged a complaint that the mattress hasmd sagged. In the 7th of march a consultant of Olympia Mattress came out and said the sagging is due to our own neglect as the mattress was supposed to be flipped wvey 2 weeks. This mattress has NO SUpport left after 6 weeks. We were never informed about this and neither did any of the 3 sales persons enquire whether we did this when we logged the complaint. The mattress is sold with a 10 year warranty. It hasnt lastes 2 weeks
