I phoned to make an enquery about price of an item they sell. I was told I dont have an account so they cant assist me with my query. Need to work on your customer relations becuause they suck
After a good review you have dropped the ball. I've upgraded to 60mbps yet now I'm getting less than 4g intermittent internet. I have 5g but no access. I guess I'm not paying my account this month as you owe me internet time. I have sent DMS to your Twitter I have sent mails. Called your call centre which is not available when the service goes down. Rain support doesn't work on the app either. Please advise when this will be fixed. IS THERE ANOTHER PROVIDER THAT CAN OFFER THE SAME PACKAGE!!!
I recently upgraded to RainOne package. Mikhail from Rain was very helpful with the setup telephonically. Answered all my relevant questions. Since set up, I have a good 5g connection I can work with.
1 Star is too much. I am glad I cancelled my policy. The point is does this company know how to deal with clients and do business. First time use and not able to get an authorisation number due to debit order issue. No arrangements possible Constant phone calls which can never be answered because phone only rings once. At least 5-10 times a day. I have already paid the account at the doctors. Have had another debit order attempted even though I informed the call centre that that is the money used to pay the doctors. I have now received an account statement that says portion has been paid by Affinity health. Will see what happens when you attempt another debit order!!!!
