Trade certificate

One of the worst service I have ever received. Still waiting for my trade certificate since April 2020. After 2 years for trying several phone calls and emails everyone in TETA gives a ****. I've been waiting for an email from them just to proof I'm qualified for licence and after 2 weeks they tell me that they will send an email and then nothing.

THIS IS JUST PATHETIC!!!!!
