Provident fund claim

This company doesn’t want to pay my Provident fund claim. I think they are ****mers because I realised I’m not the only one who’s complaining. The reviews I just read about this company are shocking as hell…

My claim was submitted on the 31 March 2023, they said claims take 8-12 week to pay out. Fine I waited 3 month, then I called. They said claim still in process & should be paid after 21 working days… after 21 working days I called again, now they are telling me I should follow up again after 14 working days.
