Stuart Goodall owner of Travel15 booked and confirmed return ticket for my wife to Europe on 9 December 2023. He was paid in full the previous week. He also forwarded a confirmation from the airline with reservation number and all the details you would expect on a reservation. On the morning of the flight, he sent a whatsapp message that ticket office ***** has taken place and all reservations were lost. He was also hijacked and is so traumatised that he cannot deal with anything. He suggested we purchase another ticket, and he will reimburse her during the following week. He is now not responding to any messages.
