Stuart Goodall owner of Travel15 booked and confirmed return ticket for my wife to Europe on 9 December 2023. He was paid in full the previous week. He also forwarded a confirmation from the airline with reservation number and all the details you would expect on a reservation. On the morning of the flight, he sent a whatsapp message that ticket office ***** has taken place and all reservations were lost. He was also hijacked and is so traumatised that he cannot deal with anything. He suggested we purchase another ticket, and he will reimburse her during the following week. He is now not responding to any messages.

This was a real #WIN !!! Some months ago I bought a Nokta Simplex+ from a MDSA retailer in Cape Town. It is a great piece of equipment and I did many hours of detecting in all sort of environments, from sea and rivers, to beach, field and parks. While I was detecting in the bushveld, in between tall grass, rocks and thorn trees, I noticed a possible glitch in the tones. I called MDSA on Thursday last week, and explained what happened... They sent a courier to meet me back in Johannesburg on Friday at 13h00. Their representative, ERWEE, called me Monday morning to inform me that the unit had arrived in Cape Town, and that they will replace the coil. I received several calls from Erwee, keeping me informed, and to day the unit will be returned overnight. He also confirmed that it did not impact at all on the two year warranty on the unit. I received the unit Tuesday afternoon.... this MUST be some record in service delivery ! Cant wait to start detecting again. Thanks Erwee and MDSA for a great product and GREAT service.
After an initial hiccup to open an account with Pargo, I received a call from Wayne Carolus, who, in a very friendly way, helped me and answered in detail my several questions. I sincerely hope that the service I will receive from this company in future will be similar.
Although Telkom sells the D-link Dwr-730 mobile hotspot modem at their stores, their support and how to connect to your telkom ftth account is a total waste of time..... do not even try to get support there. Instead, call D-link support for this product, and here I came across a real support person by the name of Sarel, who, withing a few minutes, identified the issue, and gave clear, easy to follow instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Apart from substantial savings on our electricity bill, and having constant power during regular power outages in the area, we enjoyed a great after sales service.</p> <p>It is refreshing to find this type of service and business ethic and attitude of "providing customer satisfaction".</p>
<p>I have been trying for a number of times to view my account online, especially after a substantial amount was fraudently deducted from my account. Why can VM not put a notice on their landing page informing users of their long standing technical issues ?</p> <p>I had to phone 4 times and supply an alternative email address to receive a declaration form, as their mail to me was not delivered.</p> <p>After my request to forward a statement, I was informed that it will take 24 hours before I will receive it ????? Talk about speedy service !</p>
