We booked the Bok Radio MSC Sinfonia cruise. We received a quote. We accepted the quote constituting a legally binding contract. We paid in full. Less than twenty days before departure we receive an e-mail to pay an extra R520,00 or our reservation will be cancelled. No explanation just that. I spoke to three people at the agency having to phone every time because they do not phone you as promised. Different explanations blaming Bok Radio, MSC and then a temporary worker not employed by them anymore. Then the best explanation: We sent an e-mail to all customers but we cannot resend it since our laptop was stolen. So they believe the e-mails are stored on the laptop itself! We had no option but to pay the difference to be able to go on the cruise. I will NEVER use them again. We are a group of 32 going on the cruise. The one couple complained and were met half way with the additional charge. When I referred to this Karen Baker sent me an e-mail that she is withdrawing her gesture of goodwill. In other words she is going back on her word after the offer was accepted constituting a legally binding agreement. The second legally binding agreement being broken by them. Extract from her e-mail: Good morning This was done as a courtesy for ***X ***X, but unfortunately we cannot pay in for everyone’s bookings. I shall therefore rescind our offer to her and she will need to pay in her balance. Kind regards Karen Baker This is the kind of service you can expect from them. Ps.
