Bought a bus ticket online and the system didn’t register the traveller, but only the person paying for the ticket. The company is unable to assist me, but the error is from their systems. Now I am responsible for the payment thats required. Most certainly a frustrating moment.

Absolute zero customer service. I made a booking a week ago, and to this day have not received an invoice. No use sending emails, and when you phone, you are on hold at the call centre forwever. Twice have I put down the phone after more than 10 minutes of 'elevator music'. You have been warned!

Booking was made online but the money was NOT paid over to the airline. Get to the airport, booking was cancelled. As a result, paid again, this time more than double the amount that was already paid. You have been warned ... I most definitely will NOT be using South Africa Travel Online (SouthAfrica.TO) ever again. A hard lesson learnt.

Booking was made online but the money was NOT paid over to the airline. Get to the airport, booking was cancelled. As a result, paid again, this time more than double the amount that was already paid. You have been warned ... Got someone to do our booking who recommended the company but to her disappointment .at the cruise all our payments where never processed and now it's a struggle to get refund since we used our money at the cruise . Disappointed so much at the agency . Zani wen u request for feedback still waiting for her manager.

We booked the Bok Radio MSC Sinfonia cruise. We received a quote. We accepted the quote constituting a legally binding contract. We paid in full. Less than twenty days before departure we receive an e-mail to pay an extra R520,00 or our reservation will be cancelled. No explanation just that. I spoke to three people at the agency having to phone every time because they do not phone you as promised. Different explanations blaming Bok Radio, MSC and then a temporary worker not employed by them anymore. Then the best explanation: We sent an e-mail to all customers but we cannot resend it since our laptop was stolen. So they believe the e-mails are stored on the laptop itself! We had no option but to pay the difference to be able to go on the cruise. I will NEVER use them again. We are a group of 32 going on the cruise. The one couple complained and were met half way with the additional charge. When I referred to this Karen Baker sent me an e-mail that she is withdrawing her gesture of goodwill. In other words she is going back on her word after the offer was accepted constituting a legally binding agreement. The second legally binding agreement being broken by them. Extract from her e-mail: Good morning This was done as a courtesy for ***X ***X, but unfortunately we cannot pay in for everyone’s bookings. I shall therefore rescind our offer to her and she will need to pay in her balance. Kind regards Karen Baker This is the kind of service you can expect from them. Ps. I am only giving them one star because I have to.
