Absolute zero customer service. I made a booking a week ago, and to this day have not received an invoice. No use sending emails, and when you phone, you are on hold at the call centre forwever. Twice have I put down the phone after more than 10 minutes of 'elevator music'. You have been warned!
Absolute horrendous customer service. I have now been waiting for a week to receive my invoice for flights I paid for. No answer to email and have twice now hung up after holding the line for their call centre for more than 10 minutes with no answer! Be sure to spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
We have a Buzybuy LTE connection that my wife uses for her office. The connection have been down for the last 5 days. A ticket has been logged, with a reference number generated, but no response. We tried calling this morning, but you only get the telephonic greeting, and then any option you choose results in a disconnected call. No response, no service, this is unacceptable as we are stuck without an internet connection to do business. Rather consider other service providers if you want to experience any customer service at all.
My initial contact with autoWorks Strand was because of all the positive reviews I found while looking for a reputable company to help me with my vehicle. My interaction with Bruce and his team from Strand autoWorks have been another excellent one the past few days. I appreciate the honesty, regular feedback with photos and the general manner in which customers are treated. Do yourself a favour and try them out next time you need someone to work on your vehicle.
I bought a product from Mad Macs in Somerset West, which they developed, and sold in their store. I fitted it to my Kawasaki (a brand of which they are the official agents). About a year later that product failed, causing damage to other parts on my motorcycle. Right from the start they refused to refund the failed product. But was informed that they have ordered a replacement part for the OEM fender that broke. After three months of waiting, I have now been informed that they expect me to pay the full cost of the new part since the product that failed (which they developed and sold to me) is an aftermarket product! Lack of communication, and then selling sub-par products which they then refuse to support means that Mad Macs will NEVER see another sent of business from me.
I can recommend anyone looking for a fibre ISP to contact IPComms. Fast, friendly and very efficient service.
Funny that the first review I read when searching for Standard Bank 32 notice account payouts, describes the exact same issue as what I am currently experiencing. I gave notice via the banking app, with a payout date indicated as 6 Feb 2019. This morning, the money still reflects on my notice account, and is not available in my current account. Upon phoning the call center, I am informed, like the other reviewer on Helopeter(who also gave notice via the app), that the notice is not visible to the agent . I am about to lose a business opportunity because of this oversight The agent then contacts prestige banking, who later confirms that they are able to see the notice, but that it will still take 24 hours to reflect in my current account (So why is the app info show today's date, with ABSOLUTELY ZERO reference to the 24 hour payout period?). I now need to run around and try and explain this predicament to the other parties and to arrange for the money to be transferred to them at a later date than initially agreed. I have already started closing most of my products with Standard Bank, and after this last fiasco and egg on my face, I think I will rather close everything and move by bond accounts to a new bank.
Took my vehicle to Autoworks Strand for a service as well as some general repairs. Absolutely loved the experience and overall level of service I have received. Bruce and Samantha, you make a mean team. Regular updates and pushing through to make sure the vehicle is in tip top shape for the coming holiday travels. I will def be back!
