I have made an online purchase on the 3rd December, my order was suppose to be delivered in the 5th December, but I have not received it as yet. I cannot get hold of Makro online at all. Pathetic service
The on floor service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You ask staff if there is stock available and blatantly tell you no. Not even to check. Then a person must go online and check store and availability and arrange this for themselves.:: What happens with training and customer care. The item I was looking for was the Almond Breeze milk. Thanks to the kind assistant that assisted me when I had to finally call in to query this.. Wow wow wow
Bought a bus ticket online and the system didn’t register the traveller, but only the person paying for the ticket. The company is unable to assist me, but the error is from their systems. Now I am responsible for the payment thats required. Most certainly a frustrating moment.
I have never had such bad service from a bus company. There is no way to speak to an agent, the WhatsApp line gets answered when and if necessary. It is so frustrating, landlines should just be removed completely. Never again will I use this service no matter how affordable the prices are.
Good day I made an online purchase for collection and I have called your call centre on 2 occasions for follow up, with no success. You system says the item is not available as well as it’s collected.? The online staff that are unable to track my item. It’s like the blind leading the blind when I call for assistance.
