This trip was poorly organized from start to finish. After spending over 13 hours on a bus, we were expected to participate in activities immediately, without being given time to wash or refresh, despite what was communicated in the original itinerary.
There was a lack of transparency around accommodation. We were told that the agents were “sorting out” the accommodation, yet without any prior communication, we were taken to a different hotel from the one advertised. Our passports were collected and we were signed in without a clear explanation.
The itinerary changed frequently, and many activities were significantly delayed. As a result, activities that should have taken 20 minutes to over two hours were rushed into 10-minute time slots, which took away from the experience.
When we raised concerns about being placed in a different hotel from what was advertised, the response from the agents was dismissive, stating, “It’s festive season, what do you expect?” This response felt unprofessional and invalidating.
Additionally, another traveler smoked on the bus, showing a lack of respect for other passengers and the vehicle. Despite this, the agents did not intervene or address the situation.
Overall, this was the worst trip I have ever been on. The agents were unprofessional, unfriendly, and failed to provide the level of service and communication expected from a travel company. There are additional concerns I could raise, but this already reflects the overall standard of the trip
