Conrad, at Traville Travel is super-organised and on-the-ball. He works quickly and efficiently and if he says he will do something, he absolutely does it. When my flight got cancelled because Heathrow shut down for a day, Conrad worked tirelessly to get me booked onto another flight - he literally had to work through his contacts in London because it was a public holiday in South Africa and all the call centres were closed. When I got to the airport the next day, plenty of people were turned away and had to come back three days later before they could fly, but because of Conrad's tireless efforts on my behalf, I was safely on the next flight. I have been using Conrad for years, and he has never let me down. Highly highly recommend!
