Anyone considering a trip overseas and wanting someone to handle all the details, reach out to Conrad Coetzee. I highly recommend him - He is the absolute best! I have been working with him for quite sometime now, very professional and always willing to help even after hours. Conrad, at Traville Travel is super-organised and on-the-ball
Conrad, at Traville Travel is super-organised and on-the-ball. He works quickly and efficiently and if he says he will do something, he absolutely does it. When my flight got cancelled because Heathrow shut down for a day, Conrad worked tirelessly to get me booked onto another flight - he literally had to work through his contacts in London because it was a public holiday in South Africa and all the call centres were closed. When I got to the airport the next day, plenty of people were turned away and had to come back three days later before they could fly, but because of Conrad's tireless efforts on my behalf, I was safely on the next flight. I have been using Conrad for years, and he has never let me down. Highly highly recommend!

Will recommend to anyone that’s looking to travel Conrad helped us set up everything from day dot. Seem-less transaction, he explains the whole trip breakdown for you, even the extra costs if you wanted to change travel arrangements😌👌 We changed it more than two times🙈 and Conrad wasn’t phased. He kept the same great energy throughout💯. I will definitely book again with him🔥💪

I can highly recommend Conrad Coetzee,a travel consultant at Traville Travel Agency in Cape Town, with all my travel requirements. He is quick to respond to requests, friendly and thorough. During the years I have used Conrad, he has always gone the extra mile and kept me updated on any flight changes,seat bookings, and online check-Ins. He has a vast knowledge of airports, and he has travelled to many countries. Conrad takes an enormous amount of stress out of my travel planning, which I gratefully appreciate.
