One of the Worst Experiences in a long time
********** experience - collected the head unit and paid the R650 - then... nothing - Months later, no communication, and I have no head unit and cant get even the faulty one returned - Being totally ignored.

Bad Service
I have had the most disgusting service from this company. They came out & supposedly repaired the treadmill, which worked for a day & thereafter doesn’t. I have chased after them since November 2022. No answer to phone calls & no reply to messages. They took payment but refuse to come out to sort this problem. There are 2 guys from Treadmill services Patrick & Simon…..neither ever bother to respond to the customer, despite my numerous attempts to get communication. I have no option but to believe that these people are fraudsters

Bad Service

Unpleasant experience looking for treadmill repair
I have no idea what their service or pricing is like, but looking for help/quote is very unsatisfying. I found their website, used their contact details, and requested help to repair my treadmill. After entering my phone number and address, I received a WhatsApp asking for my address (again! then why enter it on their website?) and mentioning a R650 callout fee. When I complained that no callout fee was mentioned, they kindly posted an image proving that there is a callout fee. Of course, that image is not on their front page, nor on their contact page. Not very helpful.

<p>I called a guy out to repair my treadmill his name was Russell he arrived an hour later with 2 small children stinking of alcohol I knew from the minute I met him I was going to be taken for a ride and I was right, as not to cause a scene after he told me my motor was faulty I paid him and let him go, he promised to get back to me the Thursday with a quote/invoice on costs for a new motor, it was R2800 luckily for me I smelt a rat on day one but I wanted the invoice so I could get his details so here they are, I hope he gets his just rewards</p> <p>Russell Demont</p> <p>142 Harry Street</p> <p>Robersham</p> <p>2091</p> <p> ********** 091 Or ********** 368</p> <p> </p> <p>He uses his mums bank account her name is </p> <p>I Birkenstock </p>

<p>Payed EFT ( stupid) to Russell (probably false name) ********** 368 other number linked ********** 091 ********** then he won't take calls but asks you to leave message to which there is no return call. Further waste of time and money. Beware tells you that Hugh another mechanic with another treadmill repair business is a fly-by-night operator to gain trust.</p> <p>Anyhow if you have business with this small time operator then I wish you all the luck in the world. Last word " DON'T. </p>

The worst service ever!<br> <br> He never shows up when he says he is going to.<br> <br> He want you to pay up front for parts but then never comes to install the parts in the machine after you have paid him.<br> <br> After heavy arguments (he started screaming at me for phoning him everyday which would not happen if he pitched when he said he would) we agreed that he needs to pay back my money I paid for the new parts but he never paid. So now he is gone with my money and my old parts and my treadmill that was working before and something that should have just been a service turned out into nightmare!<br> <br> Stay away from this guys. He is a crook!
