I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tree Haus
I made full payment on 7 January 2026 for a canopy. At the time of payment, I was advised that the work had started and would take approximately three days to complete.
After payment, there was no communication at all from Tree House. I made several phone calls, all of which went unanswered. On 13 January 2026, a new person eventually answered the phone and advised that the canopy would take a further 2 to 3 days to complete. Once again, no follow-up, progress updates, or delivery took place.
Due to the ongoing delays and complete lack of communication, I formally requested cancellation of the agreement on 27 January 2026. I was told that the matter would be discussed with management and that I would be contacted. No feedback was provided.
When I followed up again, I was then told that the work had “already started,” which contradicts the earlier timelines provided and the total absence of communication or proof of progress over more than two weeks.
The last communication from Tree House was on 30 January 2026. Since then, there has been no response whatsoever, despite further attempts to resolve the matter.
In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), I am entitled to timely service delivery and proper communication (Section 54), neither of which were provided. I therefore formally requested cancellation and a full refund, which has not yet been honoured.
At this point, I have completely lost trust in the company. I am posting this review to warn other consumers and to request that Tree House urgently engage with me to resolve this matter.
