Trees SA Nursery let me and my tree down.
I have never written a bad review but after having dealt with Trees SA Nursery I feel compelled to do so. I bought a mature tree from them that cost quite a bit soon afterwards I realized that there was something wrong with it- when spring leaves came out I saw almost half the branches were dead. After struggling for two months of contacting them every 2 weeks they have point blank refused to come and diagnose the tree or tell me what the problem is. They insist that I must pay them for a call out- about R800 or pay more than R1000 for a new tree to be delivered. So in the end I am out of pocket for a unhealthy tree. Buyers beware: They don’t care about the tree they sell you and while they are very helpful before you buy a tree once that is done you are on your own other than some preformulated advice that may or may not apply to your tree.
