Very bad experience. Book a move for 30 October 2025, paid deposit, Day before moving got message they were unable to offload full truck, postponed for either Saturday or Sunday. Confirmed to load on Sunday. Message on Saturday afternoon that they were unable to offload, going to return to the Cape and will only be able to return to Gauteng on Tuesday. No indication of when they will be able load my household. Lize du Preez offered to refund my deposit. Send forms to be signed and returned. Silence for the whole week. Informed me today it will be paid within 30 days after signed forms was received. The stress and inconvenience not to be able to move and then find a new courier is huge.
