Do not deal with this ************ company. They call your business and tell the manager that has no authority to order anything without approval that their boss ordered Printer Cartridges and they send it via courier after confirming address and printer in business. These hugely price inflated cartridges are non returnable according to them. They then harass you about unpaid account even though I have told them on numerous occasions that their unopened package is still at the store and they can send their courier to collect it. I have never bought from them and this is purely ************ dealings by this company fleecing businesses. BE AWARE

BEST PRODUCTS
been dealing with trentek who are supplying our 21 branches with toners and cartridges, their products are best on market and if there are any issues their service is impeccable, and have always sorted out our issues. Michael and Sean have been spot on.

What a bunch of con artists - called one of our managers saying they had a "mandated to supply ink cartridges" by our franchisor and solicited an order without any authority from ourselves and now expect payment.

SUPER SERVICE
SUPER SERVICE, most people on hello peter prefer complaining and using this platform to bagger a company, i thought its only right to complete the service i have received from trentek, we are a roots butchery and dealing with trentek for 6 years now, the staff are excellent and the products are very good and last longer, Excellent service from MARK and JOHN for sorting out my every need.

Beware of Trentek - A Deceptive Business!
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Trentek, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices. From the outset, it was clear that this company had no intention of providing honest and transparent service. Firstly, I received a call from Trentek, during which they informed me about a voucher for their products, which they claimed would be offered "at a discounted price." This initial phone call seemed like a great opportunity to try out their products, so I decided to make the purchase. However, that's when the nightmare began. After paying for the voucher, Trentek started sending me products without my consent or confirmation. It felt like they were simply taking advantage of my payment by inundating me with merchandise I hadn't even agreed to receive. This aggressive and ********* tactic should have raised immediate red flags. When I attempted to contact Trentek to inquire about returning the unwanted products, I was met with resistance and absurd fees. They claimed that the cancellation fees would exceed the value of the products themselves, effectively trapping me into keeping merchandise I never wanted in the first place. It was clear that their intention was to force me into paying for unwanted items, making their profit at my expense. This entire experience left me with the impression that Trentek is nothing more than a group of ****mers who prioritize their own profits over ethical business practices and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Trentek to think twice. Their deceptive tactics and ********* behavior make them a company to avoid at all costs. Please, do not buy from them, as you may find yourself entangled in a web of deceit and financial loss.

Cost effective solution
We have been a loyal customer to TRENTEK(PTY)LTD for the past 2 years. At the initial purchase of the concentrated cleaning chemicals,we did not understand how to dilute these products. Upon enquiry we had received excellent support regarding the dilution ratios of these products called the INTENSIVE CLEANER and HEAVY DUTY DEGREASER,Once we diluted these products as per there instructions we were able to mix the chemicals for all our 7 franchises. This concept is extremely efficient and cost effective across our branches.These are excellent products.WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!

Big ****, this company phones you for a great discount and promise u to do a trial on there products, and that's it once you accept it they will keep on sending u the orders that u never placed and keep on telling u that this the last of the package that u signed initially. when u phone them they will tell u that its not there problem and you as a reciever you must pay them. the funny part is there business model is a ****.
