Bad poor service

Soo dissatisfied with the service we got today, the waiter failed to communicate important things upfront, we were charged to cut a cake for the birthday celebration which they never told us before we cut the cake but they host events for such celebrations, they charge 10 percent service charge for 6 or more people on whatever that you order without telling you before/ prior to your arrival, you are forced to pay 10 percent for a service you are not happy about.
