Extremely poor workmanship

Terrible service and workmanship. They installed a sliding door that they cracked. There was extremely poor workmanship with the putty. We've had to pay another company to redo the job. Owner not taking responsibility for the error. The other reviews with 5 stars look quite suspicious.
