Trimtech 650 W Electric Garden Trimmer - Broke without refund

I bought a electric **** eater. First day i got it. The motor broke. They wont replace it because i did not use the shield at the bottom.

What does the shield have to do with the motor. I still have my eyes.

This **** eater is **** there service is ****. Builders tel me they can't do anything.

The product was 10minutes old and broke.
