Dishonest and arrogant Service

When the estate agents showed us the house that we are currently renting from Trio Properties Klerksdorp we asked the lady if there is any outstanding municipality bills. And she ASSURED us that Trio will not rent out any property of which there are any municipality bills outstanding. (LIE NR 1).Only to receive a red letter in the mail that the property taxes are in arrears with R17000.

After 10 months I queried the meter reading for the electricity and found that I was billed for another house's electricity from the municipality. It took Trio another 10 months to sort this issue as I had to go to the municipality myself to sort their ****. I received a bill from the municipality and from Trio after the issue was corrected and the bill for electricity from the municipality reads -R14005 and they charge me R645 (LIE nr 2).

Now they are threatening me to pay that bill (which I have received in July) and did make payments to their account with POP. I have requested several times to have the invoice corrected as the stole my credit for the property taxes which was in arrear after the municipality bill clearly states that the credit is for the ELECTRICITY.

These people are a bunch of dishonest and arrogant people that takes most of their tenants for a fool.
