Conning people
I've rented my 2 townhouses with Trio Properties Klerksdorp for a couple of years now, however changed rental agencies due to lack of service, now here is my concern because I know that what they are doing is wrong, however how many people have they conned: 1. Firstly both houses were painted out 3 to 4 years ago, the one house is still immaculate, the other one's wall has shoe marks and scuff marks,etc, yet they are claiming it's normal wear and tear and they are not fixing it. 2. After taking the water reading for all of the years, I now have to take the water reading myself for exiting tenants for the body corporate. 3. The shower is leaking in one of the units, they are no help in that instance either. 4. The one bedroom door is locked in one of the units, they refuse to fix that as well. Like I said, I know this is wrong, but what about the other people they have mistreated this way and doesn't know that it is wrong?

Conning people

Dishonest and arrogant Service
When the estate agents showed us the house that we are currently renting from Trio Properties Klerksdorp we asked the lady if there is any outstanding municipality bills. And she ASSURED us that Trio will not rent out any property of which there are any municipality bills outstanding. (LIE NR 1).Only to receive a red letter in the mail that the property taxes are in arrears with R17000. After 10 months I queried the meter reading for the electricity and found that I was billed for another house's electricity from the municipality. It took Trio another 10 months to sort this issue as I had to go to the municipality myself to sort their ****. I received a bill from the municipality and from Trio after the issue was corrected and the bill for electricity from the municipality reads -R14005 and they charge me R645 (LIE nr 2). Now they are threatening me to pay that bill (which I have received in July) and did make payments to their account with POP. I have requested several times to have the invoice corrected as the stole my credit for the property taxes which was in arrear after the municipality bill clearly states that the credit is for the ELECTRICITY. These people are a bunch of dishonest and arrogant people that takes most of their tenants for a fool.

Trio Properties Klerksdorp SUCKS!!!!!!!
Trio Properties Klerksdorp is the absolute worst at property management and handling complaints regarding repairs to rental units. Literally for over a year i have been trying to get them to fix things at my rental unit but nothing happened. Numerous emails have been sent. Phone calls have been made and they would say to please send an email with the complaint. It's a game of ping pong where useless people don't know how to put a complaint on email into action to fix things. They also have put the rent up with R1100.... This place is not worth what we are paying!

Trio are professional and helpful 5 stars
Helpful and professional staff. A great team ready to go the extra mile for you no matter whether you are buying, renting, or selling. I rented via Trio and they were quick to act when the homeowner became difficult. My deposit was returned with the electricity deducted from it, as is standard procedure. I highly recommend Trio, especially if you want to rent.

This agency is THE WORST, MOST ATROCIOUS property agent I have ever met! The ladies that work there are super rude and do not have great service. If only I knew how pathetic their service is, I wouldn’t have bought the property from them! They promise to call you back but never do! You must keep following up with them but when the purchasing of the property was in process, they were the nicest people on earth! Until you sign off the paperwork then you get to see their pathetic attitudes! I am so disgusted by this property agent. If anyone wants to buy or rent property in Klerksdorp, North West, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TRIO PROPERTIES! I am not the only person that complains about them! They are so horrible!

Poor service from trio Properties Klerksdorp
Signed a cash deal contract for my house on 24 Jan 2019 and waited for ever to get an answer re the money beiing paid in for the house. Always a new promise, tomorrow or end of the week. Now I am sitting with an empty house and no income!! Poor..

Signed a cash deal contract for my house on 24 Jan 2019 and waited for ever to get an answer re the money beiing paid in for the house. Always a new promise, tomorrow or end of the week. Now I am sitting with an empty house and no income!! Poor..

Saddest situation to deal with!
Veruschka van Coller puts renters in properties without contracts. She takes the key deposits and then doesn't want to give back the money when people have to move out. Beware! This person is a deceitfull liar! She is always busy (refuses to answer renters calls) and constantly has new numbers! I know about at least 2 other people who this has happened to!

Rude staff
I rented an apartment from then and upon cancellation of the lease, they did not want to pay me my deposit. After calling them repeatedly they refunded me less than 50% of my deposit claiming that they had admin fees to deduct. Their electricity bill was estimated and they are not professional. Please stay away from this agency if in klerksdorp, North West. Isabel is unprofessional and rude.

Rude staff
