i keep on getting calls from an unknown number saying old mutual offers me car insurance, this is annoying and i don't want them to call me aain on 0836666301
I am just tired of trying get them to rectify my mobility claim since 27 July 2025. They keep on rejecting my claim saying I have exceeded my limit of one claim every three years. I have not claimed anything in 3 years. After many correspondence they told me this morning they have rectified it. When CE Mobility claimed again for a walker with brakes it was rejected again. My health has deteriorated and I need the walker. I just cannot understand their problem.
If I say to an agent I am Not Interested they should respect my decision and not pressurize me.
We have received a lot of calls from 082145 but they just hang up before we can speak. Today at 12h04 they called again and the operator answered this time saying that my wife qualifies for a R 100p/m contract for 24 months. When my wife told him she was not interested he was persistent that she takes it. She also told him that she is a pensioner and 80 yrs old, on which he rep**** lots of pensioners take this contract. She also told him that she might not live that long upon which he raised his voice which we did not appreciate. How did Cell C employ this man?
After the last review we got a call from Hollard Funeral very quickly and the agent told us he would send us a quote via e-mail re our request. Till now we haven't heard anything.
We have experienced such bad service that I now have to ask you to wake them up please. We just cannot get anyone online nor on the phone to answer our questions re our funeral policy. On 15 Aug Winnie Magubane sent us an e-mail asking for my wife's details which we sent back to her. Untill now no reply yet. The same happened when we asked them to increase our coverage last year. It took them ages to do so and then we had to beg them for a copy of the policy. What if one of us passes away, will we have wait for the payout for a year?
I need a proof of payment from SASSA to me and all the branches and the call centre number does not work. Pathetic service.
We also lost R 9100 for chickens and found noboby at that address. Did anyone ever find them?
